Kotaro Taniguchi, 3rd year student in the Faculty of Commerce at Chuo University, was the fourth runner in the Japan team for the men's 4x100m relay at the IAAF World Relays meet held in Nassau on Saturday, May 2, 2015, and finished 3rd after USA (first) and Jamaica (second) with a record of 38.20 seconds.

Finishing in the top eight, this result has secured a place at the 2016 Rio Olympics. Congratulations!
