SRK's 61st birthday surprise: King song with Deepika Padukone to drop at midnight
Shah Rukh Khan's 61st birthday will come with a musical surprise from King. IndiaToday.in has exclusively learnt that a song featuring the superstar and Deepika Padukone will be released at midnight tonight, marking the actor's birthday. Interestingly, the makers haven't put out a teaser or any promotional material ahead of the release, keeping the song under wraps.
There is also speculation that Ed Sheeran has composed and sung the track, although there's been no confirmation from the makers so far. It remains to be seen what the song sounds like and whether it offers a glimpse of Shah Rukh and Deepika's chemistry in the film.
The release also brings back memories of the film's South Africa schedule in May, when visuals from what appeared to be a song shoot surfaced online. One viral video showed Shah Rukh and Deepika filming a romantic sequence by the beach at sunset. Deepika was seen in a white dress, while Shah Rukh wore a striped shirt with black trousers. However, it's unclear whether those visuals are from the song being released tonight.
