Special camps for voter list-related services will be held in all polling stations in Cuddalore district on November 21, 22, 28 and 29, in connection with the Special Summary Revision of Electoral Rolls 2027.

According to District Election Officer and Collector Sibi Adhithya Senthil Kumar, the camps will function from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Designated officers and Booth Level Officers will be available at the polling stations to receive applications.

The period for claims and objections will run from November 12 to December 11, and the final electoral roll will be published on January 4, 2027. The revision will be undertaken with January 1, 2027 as the qualifying date.

The camps will facilitate submission of applications for inclusion of names, deletion of entries, correction to existing details, change of residential address within the same constituency and issuance of replacement Electors Photo Identity Cards (EPIC).

New voters can submit Form 6 for enrolment, while overseas electors can apply through Form 6 A. Form 7 can be used for deletion of names and Form 8 for corrections and address change within the constituency.

The applications could also be submitted online through the Election Commission’s voter portal or the ECINET mobile application.

The Collector has urged the public to make use of the camps.
