Sheer in Persian means milk and Khorma means dry dates. Sheer Khorma or Sheer Khurma is a rich creamy pudding cooked with vermicelli, nuts and dry dates. It is a delicacy mostly made at the time of Eid celebrations. It can be served warm or cold as a breakfast or dessert.
