युद्धविराम के लिए रूस-यूक्रेन ने किए समझौते, मेलानिया ट्रंप बोलीं- दोनों देशों ने मेरा साथ दिया
यूक्रेन और रूस के बीच सीजफायर को लेकर हुए एक कार्यक्रम में अमेरिका की फर्स्ट लेडी मेलानिया ट्रंप ने बड़ा बयान दिया है. उन्होंने बताया कि ओलेश्की शहर और आसपास के खेरसॉन इलाके में सीजफायर कराने के लिए उन्होंने एक्सक्लूसिव इंटरमीडियरी यानी खास मध्यस्थ की भूमिका निभाई. मेलानिया के मुताबिक रूस और यूक्रेन ने शुक्रवार, 23 अक्टूबर को दोनों भाषाओं में समझौतों पर दस्तखत किए. उन्होंने दोनों देशों की तारीफ भी की.
मेलानिया ट्रंप ने कहा कि उन्हें सितंबर में ओलेश्की के गंभीर मानवीय संकट की जानकारी मिली. हालात की गंभीरता देखकर उन्होंने तुरंत कदम उठाया. उन्होंने अपने प्रतिनिधि मार्क बेकमैन को निर्देश दिया कि वे उनकी तरफ से रूस और यूक्रेन से बात करें और ओलेश्की में शांति की कोशिश करें.
मेलानिया के अनुसार दोनों देशों ने उनकी भागीदारी का स्वागत किया. दोनों ने माना कि इस इलाके में सीजफायर कराने की पिछली कोशिशें कामयाब नहीं हो पाई थीं. रूस और यूक्रेन ने उनके साथ रिश्ते का सम्मान किया और एक्सक्लूसिव इंटरमीडियरी के तौर पर उनके साथ काम करने पर राजी हो गए. उनका मकसद ओलेश्की के लोगों तक जरूरी मदद पहुंचाना और आम नागरिकों के लिए सुरक्षित रास्ता बनाना था ताकि वे इलाके से बाहर निकल सकें.

मेलानिया ने बताया कि उनकी इस भूमिका को लिखित समझौतों में दर्ज किया गया. ये समझौते रूस और यूक्रेन दोनों ने तैयार किए और दोनों ने उन पर दस्तखत किए. काम शुरू करने के लिए मेलानिया और मार्क ने उन्हीं संपर्क माध्यमों का इस्तेमाल किया जो पहले बच्चों को रूस और यूक्रेन में उनके परिवारों से मिलाने के लिए बनाए गए थे. दोनों देशों के मानवीय, सैन्य और सरकारी अधिकारियों ने पूरी लगन से काम किया और ऑपरेशन के हर पहलू में तालमेल बैठाया.

मेलानिया ने यह भी कहा कि अमेरिका ने हर चरण में अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभाई और काम पूरा होने तक रूस और यूक्रेन की टीमों के साथ मिलकर काम किया. उन्होंने दोनों पक्षों की अच्छी नीयत से की गई कोशिशों की सराहना की. इन कोशिशों से जटिल सीजफायर के सभी हिस्सों को तय करने और लागू करने में मदद मिली.
