Giant panda Lang Yue arrived in Chengdu, southwest China's Sichuan Province, on Saturday after leaving Ouwehands Zoo in the Netherlands. Born in July 2024, Lang Yue is the second cub born to pandas Wu Wen and Xing Ya in the Netherlands, following her sister Fan Xing, who returned to China in 2023. Lang Yue will undergo at least 30 days of quarantine at the Ya'an panda conservation base before settling into her new home.
