Moment Boom Panadda Arrives at Crime Suppression Division, Looking Weary, Apologizes Before Meeting Police - Thairath English

On the morning of 6 Nov 2026 at 06:30, officers from the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) along with the Economic Crime Suppression Division (ECD) arrived at the home of Bum Panadda Wongpudi the beauty queen and TV host, at a village near Nawamin Road, Khlong Kum subdistrict, Bueng Kum district, Bangkok, to search the residence and take Bum into custody before bringing her to the Pitak Santi Building at the Central Investigation Bureau headquarters.

After officers read the search and arrest warrants to Bum at the house entrance, she remained calm. Officials then proceeded to search the house as authorized. During the search for evidence inside Bum's home, she smiled at the cameras.

Most recently, at approximately 11:08, Bum Panadda, accompanied by lawyer Phet Eksit Srisang arrived at the Pitak Santi Building at the Central Investigation Bureau to surrender at the complaint center of the Crime Suppression Division. She met with investigators from the Economic Crime Suppression Division appearing visibly fatigued.

As Bum walked inside, reporters asked how she was preparing herself. She said she was willing to cooperate with the justice process. However, when asked about the events leading to the current situation, she declined to answer, only repeatedly offering a traditional Thai greeting (wai) and apologizing, saying, "I apologize to everyone, I am very sorry," before entering the interrogation room with her lawyer.

Regarding case progress, police are currently questioning the suspect according to legal procedures. Initially, there will be no press conference today. Authorities expect to hold an official briefing on the facts tomorrow morning (7 Nov) before requesting court approval for detention following legal processes.
