MANILA, Philippines – Several domestic and international flights to and from Manila from Saturday, November 14, until Wednesday, November 18, have been canceled or rescheduled because of the expected arrival of delegates to the 49th ASEAN Summit and related summits.

The three-day meet will run from November 16 to November 18.

The Civil Aeronautics Board advised the public “to closely monitor the status of their flights, including any official government and airline advisories for travel updates and coordinate directly with their airlines for any alternative options.”

CAB also advised travelers to allow enough time to complete check-in, security screening, and other airport procedures, taking into account possible traffic congestion, road closures, and tighter security measures.

Other airlines like Cebu Pacific and AirAsia have yet to release a list of affected flights.
