On Thursday, the Liberals released a broad overview of the immigration levels for 2027 to 2029 in the 2026 budget.

Liberal Immigration Minister Lena Diab is expected to table the full annual immigration levels plan in Parliament soon, though she is already days behind the legally mandated Nov. 1 tabling date.
