Kurnool outdoor stadium will be upgraded to meet international standards: Bharath

Industries and Commerce Minister T.G. Bharath Gupta has said the outdoor stadium in Kurnool will be upgraded to meet international standard specifications.
As part of his campaign for the NDA’s mayoral and corporator candidates for the upcoming elections to Kurnool Municipal Corporation (KMC), Mr. Bharath interacted with walkers at the Kurnool Outdoor Stadium. He urged the walkers to extend their support to the coalition government.
Asserting that the coalition government is committed to the development of Kurnool city, the Minister said facilities are being provided for sports such as volleyball and pickle ball for the athletes. He assured to take up more development projects at the outdoor stadium in the future. Currently, development works worth ₹3.5 crore are under way at the stadium.
He said development initiatives in Kurnool are clearly visible and maintained that the citizens are expressing their happiness regarding the city’s development.
Meanwhile, Alia Begum, the daughter of YSR Congress Party’s corporator candidate from 15thward Jaleel Ahmed, along with her husband joined the TDP in the presence of Mr. Bharath. The Minister welcomed them into the TDP fold by draping party scarves over them.
Ms. Alia Begum stated that she decided to join the TDP impressed by the development works being undertaken by the State government and Mr. Bharath in Kurnool city. She affirmed that she would contribute to the strengthening of the party and work towards ensuring the TDP’s victory in the upcoming elections. Similarly, YSRCP youth leader from 15th Ward Shashidhar along with a good number of youth, has joined the TDP at an event held in Vaddageri.
