Hubballi-Dharwad West MLA Arvind Bellad has advised MBA students to work hard and make the best use of opportunities to achieve success.

Inaugurating the induction programme, UDAAN 2K26, for new MBA students at Bright Business School in Hubballi recently, he said there was no shortcut to success. Recalling his father’s advice, he said intelligence alone was insufficient, and hard work was essential.

Mr. Bellad urged students to learn through interactions with people, introspect on their shortcomings and make the best use of their MBA education.

Former CEO of Reliance Jio Infocom Ltd., Mumbai, Sanjeev Ghanate said the next two years would be crucial for students to prepare for careers in the corporate sector. He urged them to make effective use of faculty guidance and work towards becoming successful managers and leaders.

B-School director Prasad Roodagi welcomed the gathering, while governing council chairman G.B. Halyal presided over the event. Students placed at Grant Thornton and those who completed internships with Wipro were felicitated.
