Speaking of presenting shows, Heart hosted the lifestyle and reality program “Heart World” and the game show “The People Have Spoken.”

The latter gave her the platform to interact with people on the show and the people watching with the celebri-peeps. The topics were wide and endless, she shared in a previous article. The Pinoy game show was not the usual trivia show, as she put it. There were no wrong answers since there were reasons behind them. She liked the educating and informative aspects of it. She simply had fun discovering and learning about the authentic and genuine Filipino opinions.

“I feel like authenticity has been overused. But honestly, I still advocate for it,” said the artist about the importance of authenticity in a recent event for her brand ambassadorship with VIOMI AI Philippines. “Because no matter what happens, you can’t keep your mask on for the rest of your life. The truth of who you are will always come out. And I’ve always been kikay (stylish and girly). I’ve always been into fashion. They say maarte (picky), pero maarte ako ‘pag dating sa health ko (I am conscious, health-wise). I guess in the end, it also works for me because I only speak from the heart.”

Being health-conscious is an investment that people should consider as well.

“You know, we always talk about investment, we talk about jewelry. We talk about clothes and all of that,” shared she. “But honestly, the true investment is your health. There’s this old saying, ‘Health is wealth,’ and this is something that dapat unahin natin (we should prioritize first).”

Aside from eating healthy, one has to stay hydrated.

Heart is always on the go, she recalled. She and her team would be up at 4 a.m. or 5 p.m. if there’s an event. Part of her day is to work out at 6 a.m. and make sure she has bottles of drinking water.

Water purification and hydration solutions like VIOMI AI Philippines come in handy.

According to information given to this paper, the brand “focuses on water purification and hydration solutions designed to combine technological innovation with everyday convenience,” whose product lineup “includes water filtration systems that use reverse osmosis technology, alongside selected models with mineral-enhancement functions, hot-water dispensing and smart monitoring features.”

“These capabilities are designed to give households more convenient options for their daily drinking-water needs,” it adds.

So, when the chance to collaborate with the brand presented itself, she said that “it’s truly a no-brainer because it’s something you invest in your health,” said the artist. “You want to reach your dreams. You want to live a long life. Invest in your health and invest in your life.”

During the earlier part, Heart shared, “I’m really all about innovation and just really evolving and changing with the times and adapting to it.”

Proof of it is how her career has broadened from seeing Heart playing varied roles and recording music to venturing into visual arts and fashion.

Since artificial intelligence, or AI, is part of contemporary times, Heart was also asked about it and shared her thoughts by saying, “You know there are always pros and cons when it comes to certain things and certain topics, like social media. If you put yourself out there, you’ll get bashed. So, it’s the same thing.”

“I think you just have to always be very responsible with how you use these tools, which can be for the best or even for the worst. So, sana, ‘wag na lang nating abusin (I hope we won’t abuse it),” added she.
