The Cleveland Browns are no strangers to quarterback issues. And those issues popped up early in Week 8.

Deshaun Watson exited the Browns' Week 8 contest early in the first quarter after taking a hit from the Pittsburgh Steelers' Jaquan Brisker. The defender was flagged for roughing the passer on the play, and Shedeur Sanders entered the game for Cleveland.

It was a helmet-to-helmet hit on the quarterback, which could've prompted a concussion evaluation.

Watson was seen on the sidelines with his helmet after spending time in the blue medical tent.

Watson returned on the Browns next drive.

He missed just a few plays before checking back into the game. The team didn't announce the reason behind Watson's visit to the tent.

Watson fumbled on his second play after returning to action.

Sanders is the only quarterback on the active roster if something happens to Watson. If Watson and Sanders were to exit with injuries, Gabriel is listed as the emergency third quarterback for Week 8.
