Chang Ae Aphichat revealed he has been heavily stressed and sleepless for several nights. He expressed regret over the incident and felt it had become a problem he did not want to reach this point. He affirmed that from the start on 4 March until now, he has genuinely intended to build pool villas for a joint business, with no hidden agendas or interests beyond profit from sales.
Mr. Ae recounted the project's origin, stating it was initially intended as a vacation home before later being changed to eight pool villas. It was a joint investment with Boom and Gott. He said he had consistently brought clients and interested parties to view the project and was very proud of it. However, when problems and legal cases arose, he felt saddened that good intentions turned into legal issues and harmed relationships.
Regarding his relationship with Boom and Gott, Ae stated that since August, they had not contacted each other due to difficulty reaching them and changes in phone numbers. He had tried calling but received no answer or had signal issues, preventing discussion or clarification, despite his wish to explain and clarify all facts.
On legal accusations, Ae said he is prepared to undergo investigation and fully cooperate with police to prove his innocence. He is ready to accept the outcome according to the justice process and apologized to Boom and Gott for the escalation and impact of the situation.
Ae confirmed he met Boom once at the construction site, and they dined together at a restaurant. After losing contact, he called Boom several times to discuss the outstanding 1.2 million baht owed for pool villa construction fees.
