The Jharkhand unit of the BJP will take out a 'Loktantra Bachao, Arajkta Hatao' (Save Democracy, Remove Anarchy) rally in Jamshedpur on Thursday (November 5, 2026).
BJP's Jamshedpur Mahanagar Committee president Sanjeev Sinha told newsmen that preparations for the march were underway in full swing.
Union minister Sanjay Seth, former Jharkhand Chief Ministers Arjun Munda, Raghubar Das and Madhu Koda, BJP MP Bidyut Baran Mahato, Jamshedpur East MLA Purnima Das Sahu, Dhanbad MLA Raj Sinha, among others, will take part in it.
"We have been receiving overwhelming support... The BJP will expose the fake agenda, double standards and anti-democracy mentality of opposition parties, including the Congress," Mr. Sinha added.
JD(U)'s Jamshedpur West MLA and former State Minister Saryu Roy also appealed to party workers and supporters in East Singhbhum district to take part in the rally in large numbers.
The programme is being organised by the BJP in all districts across the country and NDA's coalition partners have joined the initiative to make it a grand success, Roy said in a statement.
The march will commence at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Aam Bagan in Sakchi and will pass through the main thoroughfare of Sakchi before culminating in front of the Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee office.
