Three senior National Department of Health officials are expected back in the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on Friday, where they are due to hear the outcome of their representations.
Three senior National Department of Health officials are expected back in the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on Friday, where they are due to hear the outcome of their representations.
The officials are facing fraud and theft charges linked to more than R1 million.
The accused include the Health Departmentβs deputy director-general, Dr Malixole Percival Mahlati, chief financial officer Phineas Mamogale and director-general Sabelo Siyabonga Sandile Buthelezi.
